Bar League Yoga is 8 weeks of yoga classes on Wednesday nights from 6:30pm-7:30pm. Located at 65 Vandalia St, Buffalo, NY 14204 (2nd Floor) *free parking
During this time, we will flow together and take yoga class from a different amazing instructor from our community each week. Afterwards...we cheers at the bar and break bread with our friends.
