​I was born and raised in Western New York, always surrounding myself by friends and family. Whatever path I was given, somehow I managed to walk it a little different than everyone else. Having a 25 year career in Education, I choose to teach inter city high school drop outs. Bringing awareness to my family to always be compassionate, appreciative and giving to everyone around you. Teaching that to my two beautiful boys was forefront in my life. Starting my yoga practice opened my soul to a level I never new existed. The gift I have been given through yoga has created a voice inside that I want to share with all the people I love. H.E.A.L. BFLO began because Jocelyn and I had a vision that we could bring everyone and everything we love together and spread the positive changes that our city is creating. This community is joining together, and watching the response from friends, businesses and total strangers is showing us what were all made of.

In coming back to Buffalo from living in Orlando, NYC and Hawaii for the last 10 years it has been exciting to be apart of the new city vibe. The community here is strong - the locals take care of one another.
To surround myself with my family & friends and to live in community where you are supported and loved....there's no place in the world that can compare.
Life's funny...sometimes the things you look all around the world for are right under your nose.
I'm so grateful for the people, companies, and organizations that have helped this dream come alive.
It has been a true blessing to create magic with my best friend + business partner. I couldn't be any luckier.
